Sequential cares about our beautiful ladies in case you got the wrong order or your article is damaged, you don’t like the product or for any other reasons you want to exchange your product, it can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. When returning items, please ensure the following criteria are met:
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged.
- The Order ID must be attached.
In case of exchange, the customer will dispatch the product to us and bear the shipping fees. As soon as we receive the parcel we will deliver the replacement to you.
Please keep in mind that due to the intimate nature of products, it is essential to maintain the hygiene of some products. Therefore, the exchange can not be offered for products like panties, body suits and any lingerie that includes panties.
Items bought from sale/ clearance or vouchers can not be exchanged.
